Hednesford totally dominated the game playing some scintillating football to win 7-0 with Naomi (5) & Ria (2) sharing the goals.This set up a final against Lichfield Diamonds A who had narrowly seen off Hednesford Town Belles in the other semi.

The final was a closely contested affair with Hednesford on the front foot throughout but some excellent defending & goalkeeping kept them at bay, midway through the 2nd half Naomi Aston's shot proved too hot for the keeper to handle as the ball squirmed over the line before being grabbed back, this was in vain however as Hednesford comfortably saw out the remaining minutes to claim their latest crown.

A much improved Belles side made Phoenix work hard for their victory. Debutant Samantha Richards got the Managers play of the match award for working tirelessly in defence. Louise Maunders made some fantastic saves and was rewarded with the opposition player of the match award.
