Hednesford under 15's
Hednesford Town U15's 3 - 5 Tipton Town Hednesford found themselves one down inside the first few minutes after a mix up in defence left the striker with a free header. Hednesford battled hard and from a Town corner a Tipton player scored an own goal to level things up. Tipton piled on the pressure and capitalised on three Hednesford mistakes before half time to lead 4-1 at the break. Just after the break Reece Turner was brought down in the box and Josh Hayward stepped up and sent the keeper the wrong way to make it 4-2. Hednesford now had Tipton on the back foot and it came as no surprise when the young pitman scored again after Hayden Hughes played a neat ball through to Alex Scott who calmly slotted past the keeper. With a bit more confidence going forward Hednesford could have had taken all three points but as the final whistle approached Town failed to defend another corner and Tipton scored. The confidence in the side is coming back week by week though and they will take great heart from this game. Hednesford Town U15’s 2 - 2 SilverdaleSilverdale soon went 1-0 up much to the surprise of Hednesford and it kicked Town into life. Goals from Alex Scott and Josh Hayward saw Hednesford go 2-1 up going into the second half. Town scored again in the second half unfortunately in their own net to equal things up again which is the way the game ended. Under 15's new second strip
